Mr. Buckovic is directly responsible for the international discovery, development and production of critical and strategic minerals and energy resources since 1972. His nearly 50 years of project exploration, development and operations have included conceptual exploration modeling, exploration, discovery and development of a wide variety of mineral, metal and energy commodities ranging from coal to oil and gas in the energy sector, to rare earths and yttrium in the advanced metal sectors, to rutile, zircon, chromite and copper in the mineral sand sector.

James has over 20 years experience in acquisitions and business development operates on the highest level of national and international networks. This network ranges from politicians, foreign delegates and international business leaders. James is currently focused on growing mining operation through the acquisition of mines in key areas, such as Africa and South America.

James is a former bank executive that rose through the ranks of the financial services industry working for community, regional and national banks; spanning three states, including twelve years as a bank president, CEO and Director.

James holds an MBA, a BS in Business Administration, and advanced banking degrees from the American Bankers Association. He has extensive experience in business analysis and project risk management regarding business investment and/or entry into global emerging markets.

He also has significant experience in serving on the board of directors of prominent non-profit organizations and banks.

Charles K. Pouliot

Charles is a chartered retirement planning counsellor (CRPC®) and experienced investment advisor provides wealth management services to his distinguished clientele, including athletes, celebrities, entertainers, entrepreneurs, tribal nations and other high-net-worth individuals, as well as corporations and non-profit organizations.

Charles brings extensive banking experience having graduated top of his class at Merrill Lynch. He was awarded Champion of Business Integration for being the top driver of connectivity between the greater institutional Bank of America and Merrill Lynch’s Global Wealth Management Advisor.

Charles graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A in Economics & Management. He Played Lacrosse while attending University and earned 3 NCAC division titles. Charles was also the founder and President of the Universities Entrepreneurship Program.

A qualified and tenacious professional, Matthew possesses a broad-based background and skills in the areas of strategy, finance, compliance and regulation, contracts, legal matters, revenue growth, and performance management.

John J. Whelen II

John is a successful former entrepreneur, business owner and seasoned construction sector executive. He has over four decades of experience in project planning, logistics and management of multi-scope construction projects.

John previously worked with Turner Construction which is one of the largest domestic contractors in the Us, and held management positions in the largest US public infrastructure project in Massachusetts in the 1990’s. He also managed numerous residential & commercial real estate construction projects in the New England market.

Mike is a global logistic expert. He has over two decades of solid experience in project management with a strong skill set in administrative and budget management support.

Mike obtained his degree in International Business from University of Malaya.

He launched, operated, and brought to success over a dozen companies in a variety of industries including real estate development, hotels, architectural decoration, energy, trading, tourism, investment and capital market operations.

Jian Feng is a professional in water resources engineering and possesses a real estate development professional qualification in the PRC.

Justin Lowe

Justin has been involved with alternative investments for over 20 years. He started investing in hedge funds in 1999 and later co-founded Reliance Management, a leading fund of funds manager.

He is the great-grandson of Robert Hallowell Gardiner IV, the founder of the Fiduciary Trust Company in Boston in 1928, a trust bank created as a successor to his Family Office. He is also the great-great-grandson of Adrien Lachenal, elected President of the Swiss Confederation in 1896.

Justin is the founder of the Avenir Investment Group, a multi-family partnership with a focus on wealth management, asset management and family office advisory services.

Justin received an MBA from Columbia University School of Business and a B. Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
